Cancellation Policy for Cambodia Explorers

• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be communicated in writing by the person who made the booking.

• Refunds:

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour or service.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start time or no-shows will not be refunded.

• Amendments: Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

• Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 days.

• Late Arrival: If you are late or miss the tour pickup, we will attempt to accommodate you, but if this is not possible, it will be treated as a no-show with no refund.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
